These general terms and conditions of sale apply subject to changes that both parties expressly and in writing agree to.
1.The payments are made in cash, without discount, at our registered office within 30 days after the invoice date.
2.The Purchaser will only become the owner of the goods sold after the sums due have been paid in full. However, the risks that the goods may run are borne by the purchaser as soon as they have been made available.
3. Our delivery deadlines are only given as an indication so that they do not constitute a firm commitment.
4. In the case of cancellation or partial cancellation of the order, the purchaser will inform the seller at least 4 months before the planned delivery. The seller has the right to charge a cancellation fee. The seller has the right to adjust the prices per piece, as well as to charge retroactive adjustment on the basis of the delivered pieces.
5. Any sum not paid on the due date shall, by operation of law and without notice, be increased by an amount equal to 10%, with a minimum of €50, by way of lump-sum and unrepeable compensation, in addition to the rate of interest at 10% per Years, which are also due from the due date, without the need for a reminder.
6.The goods shall be deemed accepted if no complaint has been lodged within 8 days of their receipt.
7.In case of contestation, only the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction.
